- Working in rural development, agriculture and forestry, agricultural extension in the northern mountainous areas of Vietnam.
- Participating in the national research program on Sloping Agricultural Land and Technology, 1994 - 1996; Land and Groundwater Management, 1996 - 1998.
- Extensive experience in research and teaching techniques of extraction, isolation, and analysis in the field of Natural Products Chemistry.
- Advanced experience in operating analytical equipment such as HPLC, GS ... and using statistical software such as SAS, IRRISTAT.
